Bring the Wonders of the Night Sky to Your School!
STARLAB is an exciting teaching aid, allowing teachers to introduce their students to the beauty and wonders of the night sky as well as important scientific and environmental concepts. The study of astronomy is also interdisciplinary in nature, allowing teachers to approach the topics from many different avenues.
The STARLAB is a portable planetarium, consisting
of an inflatable dome capable of seating a maximum of 28 students. Unlike large, commercial planetariums, this arrangement is well suited to individualized programs. This allows for student 
participation in the form of activities done within the STARLAB, asking questions of the naturalist or checking for understanding by the teacher.
