Absence Electronic Request Form Instructions
Please refer to these Absence Management Basics to use the electronic request form at . After logging in with their 91Â鶹¾«Æ· credentials, employees can complete an absence request, select a manager for approval and route the form appropriately. (Note: currently available to staff in departments that have elected to use the electronic form only.)
